This company is an absolute disgrace!! The first pair on the left were stained. I requested a new pair that was not stained. I informed me that it would be my responsibility to pay the $30 shipping. After going back and forth they agreed to send me a replacement pair. The replacement pair was not even close to the original pair. The quality was totally different. The original had rubber soles a cushion in sole and a much sturdier build. The replacement has a foam sole with no in sole and rest of the shoe is extremely poorly made. There solution now is to give me 10% refund or 40% discount to buy something else from this terrible company.
