these shoes are remarkably comfortable. I use them to walk along the beach each morning and use another pair for inside the house only. I have developed Mortons neuroma and these have a wide enough toe box to be comfortable without pain - a couple of my former $150 famous brand shoes cannot have that claim. beyond that, do not expect much else.they are simply made and I doubt they would last long as daily walkers. These are more like slip-ons. the laces are mostly decals for show.
